Post up the recipe for the avocado crema. If you don't mind. 2 avocados, 1 cup sour cream, few sprigs of cilantro (1/8 cup or so), juice from 1/2 lime, dash of salt, little garlic (powder or minced) blend or whip until smooth.

how did you make/prepare the pulled pork? It was from two boston butts I smoked. I like to smoke a bunch at a time, freeze what I don't want to eat immediately, and then we use it up over a month or so.

SBS, do you wear elastic britches? I'd sure have to if I ate half as good as you do. Ya'll put some mighty fine food down on the table. I love your posts! Lol portion control is key. We eat really well, but it's all homecooked with fresh ingredients, so it's all pretty healthy. I also lift weights 4 days per week to help counteract my Dairy Queen cravings.
