Thanks I'll do that next time. We have another pan of the chicken enchiladas we made and froze so I'll try it on those.

Lol portion control is key. We eat really well, but it's all homecooked with fresh ingredients, so it's all pretty healthy. I also lift weights 4 days per week to help counteract my Dairy Queen cravings.
