we cooked deer cubed steak wrapped in bacon, sautéed some mushrooms and onions and had a salad. I will say the deer was awesome cooked this way and it's the only way I plan to cook it in the future. we marinated it in Moore's for an hour, spread some cream cheese on it, rolled up a jalapeño slice and onion slice inside it and wrapped it in a slice of bacon, then grilled it until the bacon was browned.
