I can't believe they would bring the bait bills back up unless they know they have the votes to pass and know the governor will sign them. I have heard that a lot of the Game Wardens are in favor of the passage of the bill.

None of the above refers to pitfalls, deadfalls, BAIT, baited hook, snare, poison, explosive or chemical. In other words you could poison deer legally, etc. pisspoorly written. HB61 is better worded on this and has the permit you must buy to bait. I've spent most of the money I've made in my lifetime on hunting and fishing.
