I know y'all are tired of us posting our food pics, but dammit we like to cook good food and we like to eat and hopefully that will encourage folks to do the same. It is a noble endeavor.

Tonight is baked Alaska salmon with a ginger, maple and lemon glaze. Served with quinoa, julienne carrots and green onions and baked zucchini with Parmesan, Japanese bread crumbs, olive oil and Italian seasonings.

I don't mind quinoa but in my opinion rice wins hands down every time.

I like it. I like rice too... White, Jasmine, Basmati, Brown, Wild. I just try to mix it up and quinoa is supposed to have a little better nutrition than rice. That said both are really good. you cook both about the same way.

I honestly like the texture of rice better, but I like the flavor of the quinoa a little more. Like I said in the other post I like them both and just try to mix it up a little.

Thanks for the nice comments.

I like all of it as well, but israeli couscous with some soy is about my favorite.
