Lakemaster. Hands down.

I have both. I was advised to do so just in case one had a better map than the other. I use the Lakemaster 95% of the time.

That's good to know. Means that money I spent on the Navionics map will finally pay off.

It also shows a little more too. I’d check on lakemaster and make sure the lakes you fish are on the website.

I really like the lakemaster myself but I run all humminbirds. When I first started using it I was amazed at what I could see with it by just looking at the maps.

I have navionics because when i purchased it some of the coosa lakes where not on lakemaster. I've been pretty happy with navionics.

You really need both chips. Prefer the lakemaster over navionics if the lake is on the lakemaster chip.

I was talking with a pro last yr that found a place on Kentucky lake and he was killing em on the back side of a hump on a big flat he found on his navionics chart. He shared the waypoint with his buddy and hos buddy entered it on his hb lakemaster and there was a ditch on the back side of the hump that did not even snow up on navionics that ran back into a bedding pocket. He was able to fish the ditch avionics said was not there and got a top 10 I beleive.

If you fish the coosa and do not run lakemaste you are at a huge disadvantage. The first day I took my new boat to the lake I called my partner and said no wonder we ain't very good offshore none of the stuff is on navionics. Then I side scanned a place I had scanned dozens of times with lowrance and wow found a boat and 23 tires and never saw anything that resembled a tire or boat in yrs with navionics
