Looks good. What did you stuff the peppers with? cream cheese mixed with a breakfast type semi spicy sausage.

Explain how you cooked the cabbage. Very easy. Cut cabbage it 1 inch slices or so. Just layered them in cast iron skilllet with some butter, season with Tony’s, and then lay bacon across the tops to let it drip down through the layered cabbage. Cover the top with aluminum foil and put in oven until it cooked to the consistency you like. Really nothing to it.
