Look into DR Underwood horse medicine. I've never had a need to use it on a dog but it works wonders on horses. I assume if is safe for dogs. We used to keep a case on hand for horses. It is the only thing I have seen that would allow the hair to grow back on a bad wound. My cousin told me about this and he gave me a bottle of it last night. He thinks she's done for the year. I really hope not because she was hitting on all 8 cylinders lately.

You take great care of that good looking dog. I'm real partial to the brindle OMC dogs. I think your pup is just beautiful. She's a different shade of brindle than my dog, Sadie. I have really enjoyed reading your thread this year. Wishing Spark a speedy recovery.

Damn man that sucks……It’s bound to happen eventually if you track enough deer. Hope its not too bad.

congrats, hope Sparks leg gets better.
do you use a tracking harness on her??? I used a tight fitting harness of bright orange on my dog for years and an orange reflective collar. If she was off the 50" lead I wanted a bunch of orange on her. Once the tailgate drops any plan YOU had is out the window as you know.
