It's funny as all hell, but it will make you squirm in your seat if you are a believer. It was banned for a long time. In it's day it was considered quite blasphemous.

"The Diary of Adam and Eve" is also eye opening.

I just finished Sandy Harris' book (known here as treemydog) "At First Light". This is a well written mystery that had a bit of Stephen King or Daniel Koontz woven into the story line. While the crux of story is out there a bit, before I knew it I had totally bought it and found myself eagerly turning the page to see what happened next. The author didn't disappoint as he brought the story home. So glad I took the time to read the book. I highly recommend this one and look forward to Sandy's next offering..

Just finished "My Sixty Years on the Plains". Great, short book. Makes me wanna go kill some bears and fight people while wearing the furs of the bears I just killed.

Going to start "The River of Doubt" at lunch today.

Also am about 50 pages into "The Scavengers Guide to Haute Cuisine", I really enjoy Steven Rinella's books, and this is the only one of his that I haven't read.

Adding AU_troutbums Red Eye bass book to the list.
