Homemade egg, cheese and ham sandwich with a margarita. Yep, quite the combination. Bring on the snow and ice.

I thought we was supposed to be having milk and bread tonight.

Venison philly cheese steaks, da bomb. We’re having these Thursday night. My wife could eat them 4 nights a week. They are awesome.

I slice backstrap real thin, sauté onions and peppers in some oil, get them going good then push them to the side of the pan, add meat and cook it through (it won’t take long) then mix in with onions and peppers and add a layer of white American and provolone cheese over the top. Let it melt then put on a toasted hoagie roll.
