Varget @45.0 grains 120 grain NBT Primers-WLRM COAL-2.80" 3,000fps RL16 @47.0 grains 140 grain AB Primers-Fed210 COAL-2.80" 2,800fps Both are out of a 20" barreld Model Seven. Neither load is maxed out in my rifle, but I'm happy with it. 83% of all statistics are made up.

Worked up a load for the 30 '06 a couple years ago with the 130 grain running well over 3,000. It performed really well on deer. Can't see why it wouldn't do just as well in the 7mm '08.

Don't under estimate the NBT's at those speeds. I have shot a lot of 200 lb. bucks through both shoulders with exit wounds at very close range with that load.

Both bullets always give me a good exit no matter where I shoot them at. I wish both shot the HPBT gameking 140.. one does and it's everything you want in a 7mm08. And way cheaper compared to premium bullets.

(The only load I ever got that was decent with Varget) Never sent one through the Chrono. Ended up just using Federal Premiums with 140gr TSXs. I got some more work to go with my new A Bolt I Pledge Allegiance to the flag of the United States of America. and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.
