Never seen one from Alabama.
I get one from MS and TN about every couple years. At least every other year from one of them. I buy hunting licenses in both those states every year.
No government employees were harmed in the making of this mess.

I believe you have to sign up for the email updates in order to receive it.
My guess is based on I've never seen one either and I'm not signed up for updates I'm signed up for it. TN sent me one for the 2 years I hunted up there and the year after even though I didn't even buy a TN license.

I usually don't bow hunt 10 times per year due to fall soccer but I gun hunt way more than 10x/year.
