"Side" salad in your house must mean the size of a "side" of the house lol. Looks good! Mrs. Irish for some reason believes that if you have a big ass salad with everything it somehow makes it guilt free.  She does make a mean salad I will give the old gal that. I love mine with either feta or Parmesan cheese and I love those little Greek peppers with mine too. A good salad just seems to balance everything out. We'll have another good one tonight. I'm making an Italian sausage ragu with high protein rotini pasta.

That looks like some fine eating right there. I have pretty much got to where I only eat two different types of steaks: Fillet Mignon and Ribeye. I do sirloin occasionally, but you have to cook them just right.
