Mrs. Irish for some reason believes that if you have a big ass salad with everything it somehow makes it guilt free. grin

She does make a mean salad I will give the old gal that. I love mine with either feta or Parmesan cheese and I love those little Greek peppers with mine too.

A good salad just seems to balance everything out. We'll have another good one tonight. I'm making an Italian sausage ragu with high protein rotini pasta.

I have pretty much got to where I only eat two different types of steaks: Fillet Mignon and Ribeye. I do sirloin occasionally, but you have to cook them just right.
