My wife has been doin it for bout 5 years and usetah teach classes(shes very fit) ive been doin it on and off now since 2015. It flat out sucks but if it dont suck you aint doin it right. The trick to crossfit is just keep goin, when you go a couple days and finish your first couple wods your gonna feel like a mad muslim beat you with a singletree..dont stop..keep goin..thats the hardest part is getting over that first painful hump. Your body isnt use to gettin beat on like that just out of the blue but when you do it for about 2 weeks straight you will feel a change, and it will be incredible how good you feel. Then comes the other part, crossfit is expensive($80 or so per month)and after you get broke in it is highly addictive. ALSO..as long as you eat right and shovel in protein you will start seeing results immediately and i mean you will tone up fast as long as you have the will power to lay off the mash taters an cornbread. I love crossfit, and surprisingly..its one the most adicting things out there, you just gotta man up, and deal with a little pain, the rewards are far greater.

This^^^^ And I'll say, the women are most impressive! I don't mean that in a dirty way (although they are hot in the tight shorts), but how strong they are. When you see a ripped woman power cleaning 185# for 3 rounds of 15 reps, you'll lose some of your pride! LOL

hatha yoga can work your ass off ... i've done it years ago & it was a great workout ...
there's a really good reason yoga wimmens look good in yoga pants
also look at Sting - he stopped doing heavy workouts/running years ago & went exclusively to yoga ... dude's ripped

Problem is, at least where she attended, is they wouldn't allow men. That's because a lot of men are skeezy asshats who want to go be 7th grade leering Gumps. Here's the deal: Do what Outback says -- walk, hike, scout, -- and what's been mentioned -- picking up things, doing outdoors work -- and also incorporate yoga, to increase flexibility and help with core strength (planks). It all helps. I don't see how anyone does Hot Yoga in a room that gets to 90 to 100 degrees or more. I already sweat doing regular yoga. I'd be sliding all over the mat like a snail on a swath of Vasoline in a hot yoga class. Pigeon and Child pose probably are my favorites. Opens the hips, stretches the back.

go to Good People Brewing on Tuesday night and for $10 you get a beer of your choice and an hour long yoga class. It's evidently the new "feel good" fad as I've seen where at least one Huntsville brewery offers it too.
The left lane is for the the purpose of moving the flow of traffic forward regardless of the speed limit. If your impeding the flow of traffic get your ass in the right lane. It's really that simple...

I like fit wimmens in yoga pants. Heck yeah....there's another reason to do some yoga. Hot chicks in yoga pants bending over right in front of you. Sarah Jean Underwood.... YouTube... And she's a fisherwoman too....WOW!
I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.

I work with a guy who knows a great deal about yoga, martial arts, and something we refer to as Internal Power, which has a lot to do with the fascia in the body. He says hot yoga is VERY detrimental and cautions all of his students to avoid it like the plague.
