My family and I want to give to a family in need for Christmas this year. If anyone can provide any info, we would appreciate it. Locally to Prattville or Montgomery would be helpful.

Heck of thing family right there. I commend y’all for doing so.

I would rather be tried by 12, than carried by 6.

You could also check with some of the local volunteer fire departments. We see a lot of situations where families need help out in the rural areas.

Salvation Army always does the Christmas trees where you can buy gifts for a kid or kids.

Go to the local elementary school. Principles usually knows who need help.
