For one zero students there in student section. It was flat. Maybe 50k fans total. Opening day deer season, 11 0 clock kick, coming off last weeks win, looking to next week. On and on but fact of the matter was ULM came to shut down kerryon up the middle runs and AU had no push up front on D. It was painful to watch. Thank god kids wanted to leave in 3rd qtr

Do you think the IB will be lame? Seems to be the game of our lifetime. Just wondering if Bama stuffs Kerryon - My Wayward Son - between the tackles, will things get weird? If AU can't get push against ULM, how will that work out vs Bama? I know football doesn't respect the transitive property, but geez man - struggle win vs ULM and we are supposed to believe in AU as a contender for the title?

The lack of understanding about betting lines is amazing. That is simply a reflection of the money placed on the game. They set the line to attempt to get the same amount of money bet on both sides of the game. Then they move the line if betting is heavy one way of the other. They don’t care who wins.

I know they don't care who wins, but they set the line with the idea that if everything was even then they would definitely lose money. The added or subtracted points even the teams in theory for betting.

That doesn’t make a whole lot of sense considering how many times AU runs the ball per game. How many passes did Hurts throw? I didn’t watch game but I’d guess it’s roughly half of what he would throw during a game with better competition.

I think Hurts was 7 out of 7 attempts with 3 TD's.

Hurts played the first quarter and that was it. Kerryon Johnson got almost a full game's worth of carries against ULM....Bama is gonna smash them next week
