I'd like to find a couple hundred acres to lease between me and a couple other guys. Already have people, just need the land to lease. How soon is too soon to start really looking? And where are the best places to look? Online, etc...? I keep my eyes on Soterra and AFOA but haven't found anything that really falls into what I'm looking for. I'd like to stay as close to Baldwin County as possible to maximize my opportunities to actually hunt - time is limited with young kids. Not looking for trophy buck lands, just want somewhere i can go and see deer, take my kids, and put a little meat in the freezer. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Gonna be tough. Baldwin County is big, but there's a lot of people. There's several clubs around that need members every year, but there's a reason they need members too. The good clubs are expensive, have waiting list, and you gotta know someone even if you have the money to afford the high dues.
