It's not "Illegal" to grab a client's ass. It's just perverted!! It is illegal (Sexual Misconduct) and I imagine a violation of the Bar Association rules. What's the statute?

The way it was always interpreted when I investigated sex crimes was unwanted touching of the breasts, buttocks, or genital area on the outside of the clothes. Inside the clothes jumped it up to one of the Sexual Abuse degrees.
BTW, Sexual Misconduct is a misdemeanor, or was last I dealt with it, so the statute of limitations passed many years ago.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

Doesn't criminalize slapping ass. It does, or did, where I live. This was the sex equivalent to Disorderly Conduct. If it doesn't fit anywhere else charge them with Sexual Misconduct. It either looks like they changed the law or Troy and I have bad memories, we are old. Sexual Misconduct now requires intercourse other than what is covered in the Rape degrees. I guess now they would have to be charged with Sexual Abuse of the appropriate degree, or at minimum Harassment or Assault.
