I did this yesterday for my 8 year old: 1) Go here 2) Click on PURCHASE A LICENSE ONLINE 3) Enter state and birthday, press continue 4) Click on Game Check HELP Number, press continue 5) Next screen confirms Game Check HELP #, press continue 6) Enter name only, press continue 7) Next screen pops saying an error occurred, type Social Security in red box, press continue 8) Enter address and email, press continue 9) done ^^THIS^^, worked perfectly. Before I went this route, I stopped by my local Walmart in Chelsea and told the Sporting Goods Manager I needed to get the H.E.L.P. for my 12 year old son, to have a conservation ID. She told me he had to have a State issues photo ID to get it. I asked her how many 12 year olds came in with a State issued ID. She told me I'd have to go to Columbiana to the Probate office if he didn't have the ID. I came home and followed the above steps and got what he needed. So, even the places that sell licenses have no idea how this is all supposed to work.

Everytime I went to the Walmart in Monroeville to get my kids H.E.L.P permit they had no idea what I was talking about. I would have the turn the monitor where I could see it and I would walk them thru it. After the 3rd year I just started getting them myself.
It's hard to kiss the lips at night that chews your a$$ all day long.

Matt, I have the pocket ranger app. There is no harvest record on this app anywhere. There is no profile page that I can find, and I have searched everywhere in the app. I cannot use the app to report a harvest because it keeps telling me to enter a valid email address and I have entered the only email address I that I have. And it is a valid email address.
So as I stated earlier, I got a ticketed and paid a $100 fine because I had an app that didn't work and I didn't have a paper copy on me.
I won't make that mistake again. Outback When you put your email in the blank, once filled in hit delete several times. Not backspace but delete. That app has a bad habit of adding blank spaces that the program picks up. If that doesn't work, I'll work with via phone to get you where you need to be.

My 11yr old killed a doe during the youth season and I just recorded the harvest with the pocket ranger app under my license info. I know this is not what they want but to at least attempt to give them harvest info this was the fastest simplest way I knew how without fighting with all the HELP numbers and such.
