Out of those 2, Id say coyote. But I think nestrobbers are the worst. Raccoons and fireants.

IMO, a turkey is most vulnerable as an egg & a poult - so snakes, hawks, owls, coons & possums would be tops on my list ... once they reach adolescent & adult stage, they're pretty good at evading all of these predators & more ... i'm not a wildlife biologist although i play one on TV ...

I believe every predator mentioned is bad but one I think often overlooked is crows! Crows are known nest predators. I believe avian predators are the worst. Hawks, owls and crows as nest predators can significantly impact turkey populations.
As for the OP, I believe bobcats are probably more successful predators of turkeys than coyotes are but coyotes probably harass them more.
