Kind of like a poor man's brisket. It's not quite as fatty, but it was dang good. Had it with black beans and jalapeņo cornbread.

Next time I make it I'll take some more pictures. It's easy though.

Coat with yellow mustard and a light bbq dry rub and let sit for a few hours to get to room temp. Put on the smoker at 225-275, smoke it for a few hours until it gets to 165, wrap with foil and pull at 195-200 internal. Let it rest for an hour and slice.
