I'm not a Roy Moore fan personally. His views (political, economic, legal, social, moral) probably line up with mine on most things. I'm sure our Christian beliefs would overlap significantly too. However, it is the personality and gut feeling I get that turns me off from him as a person, even though I don't know him other than in passing and through friends that know him.

That being said, I lived a very different life 25-30 years ago than I do today. Things that I thought, said and did back then are not the things I think, say and do today. My life changed because Christ changed me. Then I go and mess up as a "changed man" and I realize I'm just a poor sinner saved by grace strive to follow Christ but failing at times.

I suspect Moore and many of us on here made mistakes and had errors in judgement or even did some wrong doing in our past....the kinds we'd never do today. But...consequences are real. I know I've had consequences in my life...learned from them too.

If there is any truth in the allegations made against Moore that are immoral, unethical or criminal...then consequences should happen. That's the difference between true Conservatives and RINOs/Democrats...RINOs/Dems they tend cover up and excuse bad behavior.

My grandfather was 13 years older than my grandmother....met her when they were 29 and 16. Celebrated 55+ years of marriage until their death 1 month apart when I was 16. Wonderful couple that I miss dearly.
