I drink it pretty regularly, but for the $10 a six pack price, Good People Coffee Oatmeal Stout is much better, plus you are supporting a local business.

I like Good People's beers and will look for this stout to give it a try. The Founders Breakfast Stout is, I think, about $9+ for a 4-pack so two more for $10 would be a plus. Also, supporting a state brewery is nice.

Duck Rabbit Milk Stout from North Carolina also is pretty good.

A lot of people don't know Kris Kristofferson actually wrote that song, and believe it or not the first person to popularize it was Ray Stevens.

If you like brown ales try Sweetwater's Georgia Brown. Smoother than a Bill Clinton apology.

As to stouts, Straigtht To Ales (Huntsville, Al) Stout at the devil is very good.

Guinness should only be enjoyed from a glass. Buy the cans then pour.

I agree though, one of my favorites

If you can find it, try old brown dog.
