Some say that it's the greatest thing since sliced bread, but it's a waste of time and effort for me. I've never needed a bubble level on a sight, either.
If it gives you confidence in your setup, then by all means, use it.

If it gives you confidence in your setup, then by all means, use it. I have seen that when I shoot inside 20 yard mark with an extreme angle downward I have arrows fly to the right but on ground its dead on. So my thinking is my 3rd axis is off causing the problem. Because when not use the bubble on those shots they go were I am aiming. Then again it could be me too. That is why I asked.

You’ll have to excuse N2TRKYS, he’s weird. They are both important, the 2nd more than the third for typical Alabama hunting especially with a slider type sight. The 2nd axis is the cant. I set it by using a level across the limb pockets and adjusting the sight to match it. If your 3rd axis is off, your bubble will lie to you when taking uphill or downhill shots. To set it, tape a string so it is dead center of your sight head vertically. Hang a plum bob with a long enough string to hang about 6” off the ground. Draw your bow, aim uphill and downhill centering the string you taped on the sight to the plum bob string. Then check the bubble. If it’s off, adjust accordingly.

Well me and N2TRKYS went to Illinois some years back. I drove through TTown and picked him up headed out 82. I had a cb radio in my truck on channel 19 for traffic info etc. we were listening to truck drivers run on at the mouth and a couple got in to an argument. One of the drivers told the other "I'VE GOT ONE WORD FOR YOU DRIVER", "GROW UP"! we both looked at each other and died laughing and since that day, its been a running deal with us.
