So I got home tonight and Mrs. Irish was washing clothes and so I had some time. We had some little grape tomatoes, some broccoli and some little artisan potatoes that all needed to be ate up. So I scratched my head and went to the freezer and pulled out some Italian sausage... 1 pound Italian sausage 2 pounds? 1.5? Red potatoes cut into pieces 1 pint of grape or Tom Thumb tomatoes cut in half 1 onion chopped Chopped garlic Fresh basil chopped Fresh rosemary chopped Extra virgin olive oil salt pepper red pepper flakes
