So I got home tonight and Mrs. Irish was washing clothes and so I had some time. We had some little grape tomatoes, some broccoli and some little artisan potatoes that all needed to be ate up. So I scratched my head and went to the freezer and pulled out some Italian sausage...

1 pound Italian sausage
2 pounds? 1.5? Red potatoes cut into pieces
1 pint of grape or Tom Thumb tomatoes cut in half
1 onion chopped
Chopped garlic
Fresh basil chopped
Fresh rosemary chopped
Extra virgin olive oil
salt
pepper
red pepper flakes

It turned out much better than I expected. Throwing in the fresh herbs and the fresh tomatoes in towards the end really made the whole dish nice and fresh tasting, but the sausage and potatoes made it hearty. I'll do it again. Pretty easy one skillet dish. It's a good winter meal.

Irish Jr. had seconds of course and so there wasn't much left over.
