Thanks guys. From the time he was born till he was 6 I averaged being gone 200+ days per year. I made great money but missed some of the more important things in life. I now feel like I have a second chance and I can guarantee I won’t screw this one up.
Same goes for the time lost with my daughter and wife. Luckily I married a great woman who understood the sacrifices and still stands beside me and supports me today. I’m a rich man fellas and I’m not talking monetarily

I I’m pretty hardcore this time of year but has the kids get older that has abated some. This picture I took a few minutes ago made me feel at peace.  I understand completely. Bow season used to be my time to hunt. I was as serious about it as anything I did. I had the chance to go this morning before work for the first time this season without the kiddos and couldn't even make myself get out of bed. If I'm not taking them, I hardly have the desire any longer. That's a GREAT pic.

My son is 6 weeks old. That picture gets me excited thinking about him coming hunting with me one day. Don’t want him to grow up too fast though haha. Good stuff.
