The book is even better.

I have no idea how he managed to spend days on end in the bugs and heat. I've hunted a good bit in that area of ANF and it is miserable by the end of April, let alone mid summer.

That was incredible. What a unique documentary.

16 eggs hatched out of 24 in the incubator. By my count 9 lived to young adults. 2 died to virus, 1 to a hawk, 2 to snakes. Can't figure what happened to other 2.
