Unstructured. Wash it in the sink and then put it on when it's still damp and wear it awhile. It'll fit the ol' gourd perfectly.
I hate stiff front, structured hats. They're hot as hell and stand up on your head like Elmer Fudd. They look almost as stupid as a flatbill hat.

Structured hats look better and wear better, well new style structured with the thick fabric in the front, not the old school plastic thingy to keep the front stiff.
Unstructured are really comfortable but will break down and be all floppy and uneven...but they are comfortable and you can stash it in your back pocket as needed.
I'd vote Structure for this round.
