Dang. Glad this one is over. Don't want to see the replay.

That was definitely Bamas biggest test so far. Im not really surprised a&m always comes to play for the Bama game.

That was definitely Bamas biggest test so far. Im not really surprised a&m always comes to play for the Bama game. When you're Alabama and the number 1 team in the country year after year every team brings their best game to play you. However fire tempers iron into fine steel. The greater the Tide gets tested the stronger they become. When the Tide has close games that test them, the starters get stronger, wiser, and more capable, the coaches use those as teaching moments. When they beat other teams into submission the reserves get more experience so they can more effectively step in and there is no drop off in performance. That game last night required a miraculous performance by Texas A&M to even stay in the game. Add to that, there were at least two pass interference instances by Texas A&M players that kept 14 Alabama points off the board. One that was called and one that wasn't. Point being, when a team plays Alabama close (Or in the rare case actually wins) it requires a miraculous performance by the other team or a large number of mistakes and turnovers by Alabama or a combination of both. Auburn and Georgia look to be the only 2 teams in the SEC that look to have a chance of giving them a good game. Right now, in this era, Alabama is a machine that consumes other college football programs and sends opposing coaches searching for a moving company.
