Out of curiosity, what are y'all boycotting by not watching the NFL? You do realize that all of these nfl players were playing college ball just a few years ago? And, you do realize many current college players share the exact same views, they just don't have the platform to express them? So are you boycotting college ball too? Done with the NFL. When I see Auburn or Alabama players kneeling during the National Anthem I'm done with college football too. Got work to do at camp this time of year. Won't miss it. Voting with my wallet. Millions of others are too. They will notice. It's a business. Like any other. CFA hasn't suffered too badly for its owners views which go against the SJW outlook have they? I would bet money that Saban would protect his brand and "process" any kneelers. They can pray to whomever they want at Bama, but there's only one almighty there. Isn't national anthem before college teams come out?

Yeah, I'm guessing within the next 5, maybe 10, years the national anthem will no longer be played before a sporting event.

Yeah, I'm guessing within the next 5, maybe 10, years the national anthem will no longer be played before a sporting event. Correct. It's already been deemed racist. Its days are numbered.

They'll go broke if enough people quit buying their crap and watching the games. Just because they have a buttload of money doesn't mean they will last forever.
Study history my friend - lot's of companies that were MASSIVE went the way of the dodo bird for one reason or another.

They'd go broke a lot faster if WE THE PEOPLE would band together and turn their crap off. But, as history has and is showing us, that is not happening anytime soon.

Mark is right. If we the people stop buying the sponsors products and make them aware of why, that will hurt the bottom line. Money is ALL the owners care about, they are not loyal to their fans. Look at New Orleans, to save money they gave ALL their best players away except Breeze. They haven't been worth a crap since. I have no loyalty to watch the NFL, Saints or anyone else.

Lot of kids going to soccer Folks leading their kids to soccer over football aren't doing much research. I believe studies have shown that there are more concussions in soccer than football.

Here's what the NFL doesn't for some reason understand. We don't giveashit what the players politics are or what they want to protest about. We just want to watch football! Football is an escape from all that BS! So don't shove it down our throats just because you think you have a platform to do it own. Same for actors and musicians. Just STFU and perform! That's all I ask.

Steelers coach said they will stay in the locker room for anthem today. I wish every team would. Every game. That way folks can't kneel raise there arm or whatever they want to do. We want to watch football and not listen about protest or politics.

the fans are not into the games,. Have you ever been to an NFL game? The fans are crazy into the game Yes I have been, and no the fans are not into the games like they were in the 70's and 80's. Back then, when the Cowboys played the Bears there were full on fights in the stands, the wave was going, and every single little play was a moment of celebration or disgust. It was a full on party and there wasnt any damn politics involved. These days its just another humdrum game to occupy time while everybody knows they should be doing something else. We didnt know how good we had it back then.

It's a good compromise. It takes away their platform to protest and get attention. I would like them fired or fined and the money given to veterans charities but that's not going to happen. Steelers coach said they will stay in the locker room for anthem today. I wish every team would. Every game. That way folks can't kneel raise there arm or whatever they want to do. We want to watch football and not listen about protest or politics.
