I decided to try some homemade salsa on the BGE for the football games this weekend. Turned out pretty darn good.

8-10 Medium Tomatilloes husk removed
8 medium sized tomatoes
1 purple onion sliced and later diced
8-10 small sweet peppers (orange, red, yellow)
1 Pablano pepper
3 jalepenos
1 habernero
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
1 lime juiced
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic

Heat grill to 400 and roast all of the above turning once after charred on one side. Remove from grill split open all peppers and scrape out seeds. Put in food processor and pulse until you get the desired consistency. Add 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper and 2 tbsp sugar.
