He knows it's Late but he just had a Group of Guys that have been Leasing the Place for the Past 8 or so years back out last minute. Here's what I know.....He's definitely letting it go for much less than he could get for it since it's September. Asking $7,000.00. I was overwhelmed w/30 or so guys wanting it, so I did it in Order interest was recv'd. Property was Leased out the following day(or there after)that I listed it.
