Dream season has always been one of my favorite hunting shows. The first episode I watched was the episode they had a hunt at Portland landing. I was hooked after that. Hate to see it go. Does any one know what they plan to do in the future with the cast.

Pigman is the only show I make a point to watch. I would love to go spend a weekend hunting with that crazy dude!

Hers is Saturday, mine is Thursday.

The only time a married woman gives those is if your not married to them!

Yep I was bummed last night after the final episode. Only hunting show I really watched anymore. Anyone remember when they went to some of Dr Grant Woods property and guys were shooting small deer and we're asked to leave.

Not sure what there plans are going forward. But I will say the Drury Brothers themselves have always seemed like a class act. They are one of only a handful that I will go out of my way to watch (Primos, The Crush and Meateater are the others).

I listen to a lot of Podcasts because I'm on the road a lot. Listened to one the other day that interviewed Matt Drury (Terry's son) and was really impressed. Him seemed like a very smart, humble and very appreciative young man.

Hope the Drury's have something new in the works to replace Dream Season.

I would assume Coon Dog will stay with Drury as he is often with them on their facebook live feeds during turkey season. Im glad Bart and Blair are getting their own show, good to see local Alabama boys doing well in the outdoor industry. I felt all year long like the judges were against Team Cabelas for some reason. Steve Frantz laid down some serious deer this year and didnt get much love!

Let me tell ya Bamacamp, you could tell Steve to climb a light pole in the Wal-mart parking lot and he would kill a big buck!! He's that guy. We grew up hunting management land together as teenagers. Hell, he rattled up a nice buck a Blue Springs about twenty-five years ago, and to this day I don't know how he did it..

I'm very good friends with Steve Frantz. As gatorbait said he's just that guy. I believe he could sit in the middle I-65 during rush hour and the biggest buck in the area would walk in his lap. He's a very good hunter to boot and takes it very seriously. One other thing, Steve rarely misses the opportunity to kill a big deer when the opportunity is offered. That is huge when in the heat of the moment as those opportunities do not come often for most folks.

There will be a new show for 2018. Steve and Jarrod are staying on board. The new show will have a different format and some new cast members but will still be a competition from what I understand. One of the new cast members is smoking hot by the way. She is into fitness and built like brick dog house smile Steve is excited about the new show so hopefully turns out to be a good watch. I will say it's going to be hard to top the "Journey".

How do y'all watch these? Cable is expensive as is and I'm not paying more for the outdoor channel.

I totally agree with this - it seemed obvious to me that the judges didn't like Steve Frantz. I reckon the other guys just sold it better in front of the camera than Steve did, but Steve got it done time after time. Based on that alone, I would have given my vote to him to win it all. But I reckon that's just how most things are - you can do all you can, but if the man's don't want you to win they'll find a way to allow the other guy to get it. Well done Steve. thumbup

It may Sarah Bowmar, her and her husband (The guy who speared a bear and UA dropped). I've noticed that they have been hanging around the Drury team lately and they are both sponsored by Nomad.
