No visor, stock frame(96 4wd s10 rearend) I'm just cutting everything off it i don't need and boxing in the rear and will box in the front when I get everything tore down and cleaned up.I got a brand new 350 crate motor and 700r4 auto trans that's going in it.I have always wanted one of these trucks and finally found one in good shape at a good price so I jumped on it.Bout everyone of them I've found over the years have sit out in a field for years and are rotted. This one has very little surface rust and really no rot anywhere.Has a few small pin holes in the bottom of the fenders that I'm gonna weld up and one small spot in the center of the cab floor that is in a bolt in panel I can get new for about $40.Its a very solid truck.

You aren't getting enough work done. Your shop is too clean.

Beware of the soda blaster. Some paint MFG's have stopped warrantying paint if the metal has been soda blasted. Too much pH change or something. That info is coming from my auto paint guy who paints all day, every day.

I bought a little 40lb abrasive blaster at Harbor Freight and got 50lbs of the crushed walnut shells to use in it.Gonna see how it works.Everything I read about the soda blaster says it's a pain in the ass getting all the soda outta the cracks when you're done.Alotta folks said weeks and months after blasting a vehicle with it they still got soda coming outta cracks.Read up on the crushed walnut shells and everything I've read says they work pretty good.Gonna try it and see.

I would put up a plastic tent around the truck no matter what media I was going to use, if I were doing it in my garage..
