I've been looking at them as well from what I've found Klein is a good brand and if you are going to spend the money get one with the on board air compressor set up. The basic models start around $200 and go up from there. That's the same thing I found. A decent kit with On board compressor for around $300 should do what I want

You don't have to get an on board compressor. Most of the little 12V compressors are junk anyway. You can mount an air tank under your truck bed, the kind used on semi trailers, and fill it up every 5-20 horn blasts. You'd want a resevoir tank even if you got a 12V compressor.

Speaking of horns I have looked at those little emoji lights i guess that what you call them..You put them in the rear glass of your vehicle and itll put smiley faces or even flick them the bird lol ill bet that would be a hoot.
