Anyone on here ever had their truck headliner re-upholstered (is that the word?) or replaced? I've got some sagging areas on my 06 silverado and would live it with but unfortunately starting to happen in front window and it's driving me crazy. I've been retacking with 3M adhesive but the felt is breaking down between the structural part of headliner and the fabric interior.

Looking for someone in huntsville area who does quality work without breaking the bank... don't mind to pay if I'm getting quality work done.

If you ever get down this way I've got a guy that does all mine. I don't know anyone up that way though.

you can redo them yourself. just buy the form backed headliner material off the internet and get you some spray adhesive. you tube how to do it. it's not hard to do yourself. i'm going to be doing one in my bronco soon.

Do you reuse the existing liner?

Your link is for the fabric, so I assume you remove the existing liner and then remove the old fabric and glue the new fabric to the old liner?

no you pull the old off the backing board and take a wire brush and scrub off old the old glued on foam. See the youtube video it show a step by step.

I'm having same issues with my '06 Sierra headliner. Flatrock is a bit of a drive for me. Does anyone know of a place closer to Huntsville/northern Madison County?

FYI... I ended up finding a guy in Scottsboro that repairs them and just got mine back today. 2006 Silverado crew cab, he only charged $150 and did a great job. Got the reference from a fella who details vehicles here in town.

yea definitely one of the perks of living in Jackson county, most things are cheaper (except milk haha)

Was that just labor or did it include supplies also?

My uncle does it in Rainsville. David Wilbanks. I'm not sure what he charges now but I'd about guarantee he'll beat the prices mentioned. He does alot of show cars and stuff for the restoration guys around here. 256 638 8616 is his number.
