Folks, I have 2 properties left in Alabama that need to be leased.

Both are in Monroe county and can be leased individually or separately. Previously, they were leased together.

They are only 1 hour and 15 minutes from the Spanish Fort Walmart. Properties are just south of Repton, Alabama and known for good hunting.

One is 261 acres for $2,910 and the other is 1,074 acres for $11,814.

The smaller tract just had road work completed to better access the tract.

The larger tract just had ~100 acres clear cut that they should have completed last week. Both tracts have large timber and very good roads, and surrounded by agriculture.

For giggles, I bought a game camera and placed it on the bigger tract. I left it out 6 days and here are a few of the pictures.

An interesting note about these pictures is that the camera was set up 50 yards from an internal road that was currently being used to haul timber out. Cuting was happening 200 yards away on both sides of the creek. Yet, I got literally thousands of day time and nigth time pictures.

Here is a picture of the roads

A picture of the recent clearcut

A picture of the surrounding property

This was on the internal road system and is a deer crossing that I thought was pretty impressive.

This place appears to be covered up in turkeys

The game camera pictures came from within 50 yards of this cleaning area that is located on a creek bank and main road.

I don't see the link to the maps anywhere, could you repost it? My apologies if I'm just missing it.

Rebelman, I may be wrong, but I am pretty sure that property is actually in Monroe County. It is west of Old Stage Road, the other side of the road is Conecuh County. I hunted the property off and on and in some form or fashion for probably 2 and a half decades. Started when I was a young kid and it was a Scott paper and then a Kimberly Clark land by permit. Then it was Container and eventually Rayonier. I can tell you the property has a lot of potential, and Percimmon creek is good fishing if you like to hit little holes for bass and mudcats.

You can take a man's life, but you can't take his freedom.
