You say it was black. Sure it was a hog?

About 5 years ago I hunted in a club just off Hwy 80 near Society Hill. On the way to the club a few times I saw dead hogs on the side of the road on either Hwy 80 or Hwy 29 near Little Texas. They're probably thick in that area by now.

On national forest hogs are open season year round by any and all legal means.

Would walk over a naked woman to get to a gobblin turkey!

Lucky dogs. Don't let the researchers come up - they will knock the numbers in the dirt.

Killed several in Little Texas last year. Not far from the forest.

They've been in there for a while. I killed a big one there 13-14 years ago. I had 9 walk in at the same time that day. We saw 17 total that afternoon and killed 2.

Don't let Ditchkoff know lol. I've found a few wallows and old traps out there over the past few years but haven't seen one yet. Let me know if yall plan on going back out before bow season starts.
