So a rifle I own has these, and of course the actual swivels are missing. They are now an obsolete part. Lot's of companies online list them, but all discontinued. No luck on ebay. If anyone has any laying around or knows someone with two, please let me know.

Well after posting that, I checked with them and they don't have any in stock. They still catalog them though and don't show them as discontinued.

Thanks, I tried to check but it's a dealers only site. I have put feelers out on a bunch of sites and my gunsmiths. I really don't want to have to retrofit standards in it. I like the idea of being able to disconnect the sling quickly for shooting from a rest. I saw the flush cup QD mounts and wondered if I could mount them in place of the pachmayrs?

Probably so. The flush cups just glue in with epoxy.

Also, Steyr uses the Pachmayer style on their rifles. You may be able to find some of those easier.

Think I got a lead on a couple of sets. Guy also has the jigs and bits for installing them that may come with it. If the deal works out, you are welcome to the tools if you can use them. After this debacle trying to find them, I would NEVER install these things on another rifle.
