Boss buck feeders and buck buster pellets from co-op... mix with corn for first 2 weeks, deer in north bama will eat as much as your debit bard will tolerate..

Figured Id post a update on this.
Put the feeders out with corn in them. It took almost 2 months before the first deer started using them. First couple of weeks we just let them be. Found deer wouldnt come close to them at all. Had a lot coming thru and just looking at it from 30-40 ft away.
We started going every 3 days and throwin out a little corn. Started at about 20 ft and moved in a few feet every day till we were only putting it out under the feeder. Once they were feeding under it for about a week the first one figured out what the openings were for.
Have a few brave deer who are using them fairly often. Have one nice buck who comes almost daily. Others wont get closer than 10 ft to it and just look at it.
The home made trough feeder thats 15 feet away from one of these feeders is still not being touched.
