I am a type 01 FFL located in Fairhope AL and will be selling the lower receiver and two 10.5" uppers. A completed form 4473 for the lower receiver will be required. ATF rules will apply. I can directly transfer to an AL resident. Residents other than AL will have to do the transfer at your local FFL after shipment. Sorry, but that's the law.
