haleyville al,
5/13/04 is the date on my old screen name. But I believe I had before that. I took a break for a long time.

I was member number 4 but skinny crashed the bus and I had to deregister some years later. I'm still sore about losing my charter membership.

Dennis Goldman, the owner of TnDeer, back then, created AlDeer at the request of a Mobile veterinarian who went by "DogDoc" .... RIP Doc.
That was 18 years ago.

Dennis Goldsby created Aldeer at the request of Dogdoc (RIP). Myself, hippie, bucky, and bronco, bought the site from Dennis in 2001. The goal being to keep this site going and maybe earn a little a scratch off the top. We have kept that idea since and made a little fun money on the side. Since then, the site has paid for itself more in friends and contacts than actual dollars and has made for a damn lot of fun. We love you goobers.

Have you thought about putting a minimum post count restriction on the classifieds forum? Only negative would be loss of amount of good deals to be had but would benefit the active members on getting a good deal

Sometime within the past 9 months there were 935 members and guests on at the same time. (remember the Mossberg model 935)
Most I've seen. That may have been when Perch was leading the Prancing Elites.

Thank you, Skinny. I know it's got to be a headache at times. So, again, thanks.
