Anybody ever tried their green plot plus blend, and if so how did you like it?

You probably mean Green Patch Plus. Yes. The original. I'll be planting it this Fall and add some Deer Radish but it's a good food plot seed by itself. Great food plot and easy to plant. Wheat, oats, clover, and brassicas. Last through the whole deer season. I was a distributor for Biologic for 7 years and wouldn't plant anything else. I've been to their facilities at West Point. Lots of research and good bunch of folks. Nicest hunting show folks I've ever met.

I don't buy seed with a deer on the bag. I'll spend my money elsewhere.

Green patch plus is good stuff. I can't afford to plant all my fields on it but I do like to plant sections of the fields in it.

I used it once.
The plot looked great because the deer never touched it.

It's standard "food plot seed" got to b more to it. Maybe your soil ph was way off making it less desirable.

Deer have to get used to brassicas but they should have torn the clover, oats and wheat up. It takes a good cold snap to get the sugars going in the brassicas making them palatable.
