Have a year old GSP she listens and does most of what I say but on occasion needs some reminding. She is not a hunting dog , don't need or want a super expensive one. Just looking for a good for the money collar any suggestions welcomed thanks

This is what I use on my lab. There are times when he doesn't have the collar and won't do what I say still, but if the collar is on he does as told. On rare occasions I still use the warning sound.

I purchased this Garmin Delta XC from Gun Dog Supply, located in Mississippi.

It has 3 modes of attention getting.

An audible tone, vibration and shock.

I've used shock only one time on my dog, way back when I first got the collar.

Now, it's either the vibrating tone or the audible tone.

That's all she ever needs.

I have not had one minutes trouble from this collar and it's very reasonably priced.

This unit was highly recommended to me by several of my dog training buddies.

Tri-tronics Sport Pro - all of the above, plus an LED light and multi collar usage. Have been extremely pleased with mine.

Was going to buy a sportdog 350 but was given an older petsafe 1000. It has shock and an audible tone. It has worked well in and out of water. The tone is all that is needed 99% of the time and my dog is a different animal as soon as the collar is strapped on. I don't trust him enough to go out without the collar yet.

Amazon. $20 for ours. Beep, vibrate and knock you into next week shock. Only took once for our lab. It's rechargeable and waterproof. 350 yard range. Every now and then he will get a beep from me to keep him honest.
