It was flat out miserable this weekend, I've been on call since Friday and worked about 12 hrs each Friday, Saturday and Sunday, majority outside and some in attics. Ran about 20OT calls all weekend. I was glad to see monday roll around.

Went in at 3 this morning to get some done before it got awful. Muggy all night and when the sun came up it got stupid hot. I finished about noon and was soaked. I carry several dry shirts this time of year to swap out during the day. I'll be glad when October gets here. Summer sucks.

What you do today, you have to sleep with tonight.

I work outside most days, at least for a while. Then I am either in the truck or back at the office

It cooled off after lunch for us. Unfortunately we were dealing with the flooding then and most of our employees lost their personal vehicles.

Would walk over a naked woman to get to a gobblin turkey!

Our office was on the news and we lost one truck and 5 trailers. All our employees except one lost their vehicles to the flooding. We had 2' of water in our office.

It's been worse to me this week then last week.

The secret to a long marriage is to keep on dating, just as you did before marriage. We have "date night" once a week.
Hers is Saturday, mine is Thursday.

The only time a married woman gives those is if your not married to them!
