I ordered something last night off EBay from Tennessee and they charged me 10% sales tax.First time I've ever been charged sales tax on an outta state purchase.That ever happen to any of yall?

Yes, typically just state tax. Though they are all coming after; eventually.
The purchase of Whole foods by amazon may change those purchases.

Currently, no. But, they're building a distribution center in Mobile as we speak. Doesn't matter though, because like you said...they made that deal with the state and have been collecting 8% since last November. They are recognizing the tax-free weekend this weekend, though.

There's a reason why TN doesnt have income tax. States will get you one way or the other.
