I ordered something last night off EBay from Tennessee and they charged me 10% sales tax.First time I've ever been charged sales tax on an outta state purchase.That ever happen to any of yall? No. Amazon only because they have brick & mortar facilities in FL.

Doesn't matter though, because like you said...they made that deal with the state and have been collecting 8% since last November. They are recognizing the tax-free weekend this weekend, though.

There's a reason why TN doesnt have income tax. States will get you one way or the other.
