Dang Straycat we left the Tikki about hour ago. wish I knew you were going. Crab claws and seafood platter were good. We were there around the same time then. Downstairs under the porch. Had my two teenagers and my blonde headed 3 year old boy with us. Fed the fish crackers over and over. Dang. Would have liked to finally meet you.

Folks from Roosters in Pine Hill have opened one in Jackson. Havent tried it yet, but the guy running it seems to know his way around a kitchen.
"Cull" is just another four letter word...

I like Bozo's Grocery in Pascagoula. Is this the place that sells the seafood? Cooks crawfish for ya. If so it's jam up. If you order a "Basket" it will be more oysters or shrimp than you can eat and they will all be fresh from the Gulf. I don't often eat fried seafood, but when I do Bozo's is the place. Great steamed stuff too. The place is a hole in the wall, but those are the kind of places that I love.

Is that in MS? I love out of the way places. Rooster's in Pine Hill, Gaines Ridge in Camden, Bates House of Turkey (maybe that's not THAT out of the way), Tabby D's in Andalusia. Rooster's is pretty good; Gaines Ridge and Bates very overrated; IMO. imo, nothing overated about a plate of dressing from Bates!
