I am looking to lease some land for hunting. Like to be an hour from Mobile or close to that. North Mobile County, North Baldwin Counties or South Washington County. Does not need to be improved but would need a road into the property cut already. Do not have the use of large equipment to build a road. We can do plots and the rest. Would like the ability to put water, power and septic for a camper or RV but a deal killer if that close to the my house. Can drive home every day of use. Not looking for a huge parcel but not to small either. Not really looking for more than 100 acres but no less than 20. Looking to do a long term lease if we like the location and property. No hunting club will be established just family of around 6 people total.

Hope you're missing a 0 on those acreage numbers if you're hunting 6 people.

I think we have a couple of tracts in Clarke Co. available one near Whatley (200+ acres) and one in Coffeeville (300+ acres-multiple tracts) Both include year round use of a camphouse.

Established food plots with shooting houses in place.

starts at $7500 for smaller tract.

There's one thing about it, there won't be a deer that passes through there that won't be spotted!

Something tells me that a guy willing to put 6 people on 20 acres isn't going to be interested in a piece of property going for $37.50/acre. Just a guess.

Have you tried Google?

But ~$6000 of that 7500 is rental value of the house that serves as the camp. If he puts in power, water and septic he may spend more than 6000.

If any of you suckers are willing to pay $37.50 per acre for hunting land, please call me. I have some ocean front property in Arizona to sell.
