Man that thing is old. That's one Marlin made for Sears if I'm not mistaken. It should use Marlin model 80 mags.

Yep, a Sears Ranger by Marlin. I have a single shot just like it, minus the magazine, that my Grandaddy bought way back when. He passed it to y Daddy and then it was passed to me. I killed y first squirrel with it.
I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.

Very cool! I'd leave the wood just like it is, too, not just the metal.

I bet that's a tack driver.

There is 2 different high fence. 1 small and one big! Mine was free range in the big pen and was not a breeder buck. Why does it have to be twisted around??

Travis, have you checked the de-cocking/bolt opening with the plunger pulled back on that little rifle? To de-cock mine it's just the elementary process of pulling back on the plunger, then hold the trigger down while easing the plunger forward. HOWEVER, on mine, if the plunger is back in the firing position and the bolt handle is raised, the rifle will fire. That's due to how the trigger engages the sear in the bottom of the bolt. Yours may be different.

Yours may be different. I haven't tried it yet.Shot it a few times yesterday and it wasn't ejecting the spent casing. The ejector wasn't up high enough to push the casing outta the extractor.Bent the ejector up a fuzz and she works like a charm now.Once I get it all back together I'll do some decocking and see how it works.
